• Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
• Actualisation between clients and the company, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives.
Operational Support:
• Support the Store Manager by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and tracking order statuses.
• Ensure that all office equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Inventory Management
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records of packaging products, supplies, and raw materials.
• Order Coordination: Manage inventory reorders, ensuring stock levels are optimal and deliveries are timely.
• Warehouse Organization: Assist with organizing and maintaining the storage of Inventory for efficient access and safety compliance.
• Vendor Communication: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve issues with returns, exchanges, or discrepancies.
