Our client is an elite Montessori school located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The school is renowned for providing high-quality education in a nurturing and structured learning environment that supports academic excellence, creativity, and character development.

They are currently seeking passionate and qualified Educators to join their Nursery and Elementary teams. The ideal candidates must demonstrate a genuine love for children, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to deliver engaging, child-centered lessons that reflect Montessori principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with Montessori and national curriculum standards.
    • Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
    • Support pupils’ cognitive, emotional, and social development through individualized attention.
    • Maintain proper classroom discipline and effective learning routines.
    • Observe and document each child’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
    • Collaborate with other educators and school leadership to uphold the school’s high academic and behavioral standards.



REQUIREMENTS

  • • Minimum of NCE, B.Ed, or equivalent qualification in Education or Early Childhood Development.
    • Montessori certification or relevant training will be an added advantage.
    • 1–4 years of teaching experience (nursery or elementary level).
    • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for teaching and continuous professional growth.
    • Presentable, confident, and committed to excellence.
